AMAZING GIG went to see Jade in Newcastle. Absotely beautiful. tickets received 2 weeks before the show, scanned, in. Can't complain. What a show!!

Was very good. Was skeptical as I’ve never purchased tickets from a reseller site before however customer service was really understanding and the tickets came through for valiants concert and we had a great time !

I bought two tickets to see Dylan Gossett and like most when buying resale tickets I was very wary. Especially when my tickets came through a few days later with a different venue to that shown when I booked (it said O2 Forum Kentish Town when I booked but the Electric Ballroom Camden was on the tickets). However, I emailed The Ticket Room straight away and received a response within a day or so confirming that it had been moved from the Electric Ballroom to the O2 Forum Kentish Town before I booked, but that my tickets would still be valid at the new venue. The resale tickets were a great, very reasonable price compared to most resale sites. I think I spent around £30 each and face value they were about £23 so not too bad in the scheme of things. I will still a little nervous until the point when my tickets had been scanned and I was inside the doors but they worked just fine and it was a great night. Leaving my first Trustpilot review as The Ticket Room didn’t have loads of reviews when I booked so I thought I’d share mine for any little skeptics like me :)

I got really worried that the tickets were fake but I went to see Tom Odell and they weren’t! The customer service is really good and they usually responded within 24 hours. They moved our seats a week or two after purchase, I’m not sure why, but the view was still alright, although my Mum couldn’t see because there was a pillar in the way but there’s pillars in the way nearly everywhere if you’re seated at the Roundhouse! The best day of my life all thanks to The Ticket Room :)

I missed out on a Loreen ticket but was desperate to go. Decided to buy through the Ticket Room and they transferred it almost immediately to my name once I paid. I was nervous right up until they scanned my ticket, but I shouldn’t have been as I got in without a hitch! Slight negative was it was almost 3x the original price but honestly, it was worth it. Thank you again so much for a wonderful night!

At first I was extremely worried about my tickets as I've never brought from a reseller before. The loreen concert was a dream for me and my friend to attend. Best gig I've ever been to and we were front row!! Chole was constantly reassuring me and the responses were so quick. I had the most incredible night will definitely use again thank you ! ☺️

Excellent customer service - my ticket link stopped working on the day of the gig but they sorted this literally within minutes.
For a tout company, they are really good

I got a refund after a looong email dialogue and the company blaming it on me.
At least I got refunded and their customer service answered quickly.

I paid a high price for Käärijä in London.
I didn't get a notification when the tickets were available for download.
They changed venue twice, the tickets should have remained valid.
I asked the front desk a few hours before doors open. They couldn't find me, my expensive ticket was useless.
I thought it was a reputable website and things would go smoothly.
Never again.
I hope I'll get a refund.

I had been waiting to snatch some Luke Combs tickets up for months and I seen The Ticket Room advertise they had some available on fb, and without a thought I paid for them instantly, I was so worried from then that something would go wrong or I wouldn’t get the tickets, however I messaged them and they were so quick to reassure me the tickets were theirs and not from a third party and I would 100% receive them. I am sooooo glad I found this site and the concert was absolutely amazing with really good seats! Definitely recommend these guys ☺️

I have used The Ticket Room for tickets to see 1975 and Inhaler, both experiences were so smooth!! I did pay more than face value for both but so worth it.

Reasonable price for resale tickets. Got them by email 24 hours after payment. Would use again if necessary.

Quick, not too expensive, and easy to book.

No problems with the site, the tickets worked on the door, that's all that mattered.
