AMAZING GIG went to see Jade in Newcastle. Absotely beautiful. tickets received 2 weeks before the show, scanned, in. Can't complain. What a show!!

I was really anxious buying these…
I was really anxious buying these tickets due to the lack of reviews about The Ticket Room. I went to see Mitski and my tickets were legitimate and I had no issues using them. Even though The Ticket Room is a resale site who increase their prices, I found that their pricing was the most fair amongst the market.
In the nicest way possible, I hope I won’t have to use your site again and I can just get tickets for face value in the future, but at least now I know they’re safe to use.

Excellent customer service! Would definitely order from this site again. I had an issue with my order which upon emailing the team, was dealt with very promptly. I received a reply within minutes and was able to successfully complete my order.

Cheap - Great Customer Service - Quick, easy, hassle free!
Bought a ticket late Saturday night for a gig the very next day for ONLY A FIVER! (Face Value was €25) 🤯
Bearing in mind this was about 11pm on the weekend. Customer Service was very quick to respond to me within 15mins of booking the tickets to confirm that they will be sent the following morning which was very reassuring.
Woke up the next morning and no surprise received an email from Ticketmaster with my ticket plus an extra one for FREE as TheTicketRoom had a surplus. Very generous, 2 tickets for only €5! That’s €45 off face-value, I couldn’t believe it.
Got to my gig & had a great time! Would highly recommend The Ticket Room if you are looking for tickets for any sold out event, even last-minute you can trust you’ll be in safe-hands. ❤️
