My honest opinion is that we travel twice a month to London from Market Harborough by first class return, on many occasions have noticed that they have run out of hot drinks and the WiFi is not working. Also they don’t offer sandwiches any more. Would appreciate if they bring the service es back on.

Unfortunately on returning from Birmingham the train doors did not open at Codsall so I had to go to Albrighton and get a taxi back.
This was at 11.30 at night in the rain.

The Trainline offers advanced booking of trains on dates in the future and range of ways to pay, and e-tickets that may be added to one's phone wallet.
I have also bought and used a virtual senior rail card, which gives me useful tickets at my age.
I've not always found it easy to bring back favourite journies, but maybe that's me, grappling with the tech?
