Within just a few short months we developed a thriving community of vapers who trust in our knowledge, our advice and our products to help them to quit smoking and start saving. Instructions clearly state pen cuts off automatically however shop guy tells me to cut off pen you need to manually press button manually for cut off this not automatic

Wasted money here
Have asked all friends and vapers to avoid this company

If you have to push button as staff suggests it is therefore manual not automatic
I was returning the faulty item as it was purchased from you not the manufacturer
I purchased the item not the box
Aspire informed me that they would accept the faulty item without packaging

Having discussed with the member of staff that helped you in-store we have been informed that you were unable to provide any proof of purchase during your visit. You were advised on our terms & conditions which is also clearly displayed in the store. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept any returns without proof of purchase or the original box. Regardless you were given a discount on your replacement kit as a gesture of goodwill.
Unfortunately, you may be confusing the cut off function with a timeout function. The automatic cut off feature you have referred to is a built-in safety on the device that turns off your device to prevent it from overheating when the fire button is held for 10 sec or more. Please be aware that this is not to be confused with any sort of timeout feature. In order to turn your device off/on, 5 consecutive clicks of the fire button are required. If you need any further assistance with your device, you are more than welcome to visit one of our stores where a member of staff would be more than happy to guide you.

Order never arrived
Order never arrived. Paid the premium next day deliver and it is now several days and havent received anything. Understand bottlenecks in system, but why should I pay a £10 premium for next day delivery and never got anything. Difficult to trust as a service.

Amazing
I had an allergic reaction from previous vape liquids in other stores with my lips. The bubblegum love your coil has always been a safe choice for me and is always in stock here. Service is fantastic and quick to post too. They even rang me up one time to tell me they ran out and would let me know when it would come back. I'm always going to buy from here. :)
