Bad Would not use again customer service appalling.
Would not use again customer service condescending. The email after complaint unknowingly bought a mod not a kit with no indication of the fact the full kit £5 more new to vaping wasn’t aware of the difference between the 2. The email told me it showed otherwise on the website but untrue as I went through google which took me straight through to the mod no kit in sight joke company If u want clarity and service choose someone else. They should have just sent me the top of one as a gesture of goodwill but that didn’t happen use at own risk. Will not be using in the future. I would only recommend to a…no can’t think of anyone.
As you can see people from the snotty reply yet again do not use this company under any circumstances they are what can only be described as disgusting you would think we need them when really as a business they need us disgusting 🤢 and to release details of a private complaint is probably illegal too abhorrent people who work there and yes I will be looking into this release of details of a private complaint legally now 🙂 super thanks.

Hi Neil,
As you were informed in the email you received, the Zelos 3 Mod Product page states multiple times that it is the Zelos 3 Mod only, and does not include the Nautilus 3 Tank.
In regards to there being ‘no indication of the fact the full kit £5 more’ The Zelos 3 Kit and the Nautilus 3 Tank appear no less than three times on the very same page in the ‘Frequently Bought Together’ and ‘We Found Other Products You Might Like’ sections, with prices included.
In response to following the link through to the Zelos 3 Mod product page from Google, we do not control what Google chooses to display upon searching. However, the link you are referring to very clearly states ‘ASPIRE ZELOS 3 MOD’, not ‘ASPIRE ZELOS 3 KIT’.

You also made the claim that you were promised Nautilus Coils as a free gift in your initial contact with us, which is not something we have ever offered, nor have you been able to substantiate these claims.

Hi Graeme,
On the first and second occasions, we waived the 24 hour testing period and replaced your products in good faith.
We were unable to do this a third time due to this being an extraordinarily high return rate on multiple different products in a short space of time, which is why you were refused a replacement on the third occasion.
You were, however, offered a full refund for the items in question.
Unhelpful is far from accurate.

In regards to the first order you placed with us, you are already aware that we have apologised for the error and the correct items were promptly dispatched and delivered to you.
As for the second, unfortunately we were out of stock at the time of your order and were unable to reorder the items requested as Vype themselves were out of stock at the time of your order.
As stated in the email notifying you, as your order was cancelled prior to processing, no funds have been captured by us, though your bank may hold the funds in lieu. If they have not yet deposited the funds back into your account then we would suggest getting in contact with them to resolve the issue. We have emailed you the relevant BAC for the transaction for ease of locating it.

The customer service was excellent and…
The customer service was excellent and the shipping too, just a delay in the post office in my country. The 4 stars (and not 5stars) is because 2 of the liquids I ordered were open, meaning not sealed and one of them (the cinnamon blaze) is with ice/mint and it was not mention in the description of the liquid in the website. Usually I really can’t stand the ice flavor but this one is ok so I took it lightheaded as I don’t like to waste products&money. Overall, really great and I’m happy.
