Lovely to deal with! Ordered stair runner after getting in touch to confirm stock and delivery times and was provided accurate information. Runner was of impeccable quality, lovely Belgian carpet with super underfoot feel. Needed an additional piece which was also supplied quickly allowing the project to be completed on time. Would recommend and will be looking to buy decorative mouldings in the future.

The tiles from The Victorian Emporium are absolutely gorgeous and look wonderful in an Edwardian or Victorian setting. We were helped throughout our porch project by Emma who patiently explained everything and managed to get replacement tiles delivered quickly after a tiling disaster. I can thoroughly recommend this company.

I recently bought some tiles for a path from The Victorian Emporium. The website was comprehensive and easy to navigate. The support and advice I got from Emma was fantastic. The birdbath I ordered is lovely design and high quality. I had very efficient and friendly help from Emma to correct a mistake I made on my order. The wait times are more than a month, but Emma was also very understanding and managed to adapt delivery time to my special circumstances. I would certainly use Victorian Emporium again without hesitation.

What a great company! Victorian Emporium is such a great find. Emma has been so helpful and patient answering my questions whilst I collected my order together. The website is easy to use. The items for my project have started to arrive and I am stunned at the high quality of the products. It is so nice to find a company that sells high quality items at a good price, I am definitely going to buy more items from this excellent company. At last I can decorate my house with quality gorgeous items...the only problem I have is which project to start next!

We used this company to undertake a victorian panelling project for our bathroom in lockdown. Ordering online is always a risk, however, after calling the company and leaving a message Emma promptly called me back. She advised me and reassured me as to what we would need and offered invaluable advise.
Order came promptly even in full lockdown. Our bathroom looks amazing. Fantastic service, we just ordered some more products and received the same friendly helpful manor. Good old fashioned friendly service that you really do not get often these day. Thank you Emma and we will certainly be shopping with you again.

Ordered bullion glass panels. Glass scratched and sealant visible (cant be hidden by beads). Poor quality for £250+ . Not usable

We worked with Victorian Emporium for an ordered to be delivered outside the UK and we were followed by Emma in the most professional way. She was behind us, always double checking and providing all the information we needed. She was also very proactive with the follow up and delivery process.

I received very good service from this company. Having old doors, I did not know what door handles would fit. I sent photos and they very kindly assisted me in choosing the right product. I have now bought twice from them and would definitely use this company again.

I went to Victorian Emporium for help on my damaged Victorian Hallway floor, as they are "experienced". Initially they were very good at helping me and advise me on what tiles to purchase to the repair my floor. No samples were sent or request.

The company were very quick at taking my money. When the tiles that were ordered were incorrect and I asked for some help - I got a torrent of abuse.

My recommendation would be to go directly to the supplier and skip the "middle man" which are The Victorian Emporium.

We ordered two Abingdon fireplaces from the Victorian Emporium, they had the best price and as we placed a our order a couple of weeks before we wanted them delivered we were able to specify the day we wanted them. The delivery driver got panicked when we asked for the pallet to be put in the garage saying it was too big to fit but he eventually got over this and put them where we’d asked. There were no signs of external damage to the shrink wrap so they were signed for.
Anyhow once unwrapped from the pallet they were taken inside and assembled. The first one was perfect and fitted within the hour, when we came to assemble the second the shelf was found to have a large casting fault in it. It appeared that Carron, the manufacturer had tried to unsuccessfully polish this out and decided to sell it anyway, as well as this the bars that had been supplied were not ash pan black but an in between polished and black and the hooks to fit them were also missing. We contacted Emma at Victorian Emporium and sent photos and she was great dealing with Carron and getting us a new shelf, bars and hooks delivered early the following week. We would recommend VE to anyone restoring a Victorian property, they have a great selection of items and are very helpful and knowledgable 10/10.

My partner and I stumbled on The Victorian Emporium website last year when we began major renovations to our little Victorian cottage and have been delighted with everything purchased. Lighting can be tricky to order online so we had many questions and we always received super fast replies with detailed information. On one occasion we accidentally ordered the wrong radiator and they sorted it out immediately. The quality of items purchased is top notch and they are friendly to boot. The only problem is we want to buy one of everything they have in stock!

I ordered some lighting from this company to be sent to Australia. All was done efficiently and fast. The lighting was beautiful and appropriate for our house as we followed their advice.

Spent over £500 on coving, two pieces delivered damaged, then I was accused that I had damaged them or stored them incorrectly even though there were no instructions on how to store them. They agreed to replace them and then some time after sent me an email saying they needed the damaged pieces back, but by this time they had been put in the skip. When they delivered new pieces and they couldn't pick up the damaged pieces so a lady from Victorian Emporium called me and immediately started becoming abusive, shouting and threatening. Totally unacceptable behaviour from anyone in my opinion, I would suggest an anger management course.

Very interesting website and easy to use. The product description was good as were the pictures. I was kept well informed regarding delivery date and the item arrived on time and well wrapped. I will be using the Victorian Emporium again shortly. Thanks for an excellent buying experience!!
