We are sorry to hear you were disappointed with the carpet you ordered. This carpet is 100% wool and is commercial/hotel quality - you would be unlikely to find better quality for this price. We value our customers and in order for them to be happy with products, offer samples on many products including this one, that can be ordered before proceeding with the purchase. We recall that you did not order a sample and as the carpet was cut to your specification unfortunately cannot be returned. This is clearly stated in our T&Cs and is a part of the European distance selling regulations - that if goods are cut or made to your order, they cannot be returned.
