Very good service, packaging well made and rapid delivery

I was extremely happy with how quick the Whiskey Vault got back to me with my questions. They answered all my questions fully which made me place an order straight away.

From the time I placed my order, it took around a week to receive it which I was very surprised at due to the fact that it was coming from overseas. (Most things I order within Australia take at least two weeks to arrive.)

When I did receive my order, there was no damage to the parcle or it's contents what so ever.

I was particularly impressed with the display of my Scotch Whiskey and I would definitely reccomend this company to anyone.

I surely intend on buying more products off them again in the near future.

I bought a bottle of whisky from the Whisky Vault for my Dad's retirement. I had left it late and was worried that it may take a while to be delivered but I was very pleased that it came within a few days. My Dad is a whisky connoisseur, so I wanted to get something a bit different. The guys at the whisky vault were very helpful and friendly. It was a huge success and my father loved it. Cheers.

Purchased a bottle for significant birthday celebration, we chose a recommeded bottle, it was quickly processed and received. we would definitely use the whiskey vault again!

Never thought, I would ever find my favorite Laphroaig again, the only regret, is, wish I had found this excellent site earlier! Thanks for the great service, lads and will be back in the near future!

Hey its a great easy to use website, prices on most items are much better value and reasonably priced, even on some of the rarer items I recently purchased.

A friend recommended to me. I was looking for special bottle of certain year which no longer sold in the US. A present. I never before bought liquor overseas. Not only the proprietor located the bottle, he even recommended better year for less money. Very honest. He also ensured the bottle gets here on time. This will be my go to place. I subsequently compared price at a store in California and even including shipment, it was double.
