OK Themes and Service.

Their Themes are OK but not as intuitive to use as they make out. Especially if you want to customise them (as they say you can) without an experienced developer. They shouldn't on the one hand be saying their Themes are easy to implement and customise, then on the other hand when you log a support ticket be saying it's not a fault and you need to get a developer when you can't get it to work.

Beautiful layouts and formatting

Beautiful layouts and formatting, good customization, and if you know a little code you can really make it pretty. The support is also totally worth it, I had a few things I got stuck on and got help within 24 hrs on everything!
