It is clear to me that Thinkupthemes may never attempt to fix the coding error that is crippling the functioning of the X widget on their template. Oh well, its been a good run with Thinkupthemes, will ride it out for the rest of the year then change over to Themeforest

Thinkupthemes is terminating my account due to me posting duplicate reviews on Trustpilot.
Problem is still not fixed

All of this a real pity as not only am I a long time user (subscriber) of thinkupthemes, but their themes are really great.

Long time user of my favorite Thinkuptheme, but now considering moving away. They refuse to answer emails. The twitter widget has been broken in their coding for months and months and they refuse to fix it.

Sad really, the customer service that used to be on point, has disappeared.

Paid for an upgrade of Minamaze- then never got the license. They dont respond to any messages or emails. Had to get a refund via Paypal and change the theme.

A very good product and plenty of theme facilities.
I had an upload issue, but the customer service was very helpful and resolved in a timely and efficient manner.

very easy get started with Experon. lots of possibilities to modify and create a WP-site as i wish

Spent some time playing around with various WP themes, thankfully, I discovered a professional WordPress theme called Ryan Pro, massive tribute to the creators. Really easy to setup and within 30 minutes you have a site that's full responsive and completely editable. Since the latest security updates with Wordpress 6.3 had issues with some many themes, nothing against the WP team ofc ...hope your company goes far!

Great products and excellent support every time

I was expecting more, like Parallax, etc on the Consulting theme. The free theme didn't have much less.

Absolutely disgraceful.
After telling this company that I was disappointed in their slow response, which took more than the promised 24 hours, they sent me this:

"Account Suspended

Your account has now been permanently suspended for violating our terms of use.

The following site has now been shut down and permanently banned from using any of our themes:

The decision is final. We wish you a great day. :-)

The theme was purchased and one would imagine that they had no right to do this, but they did.

On no account purchase from this company or even use any of it's themes.

They are one of the worst companies to deal with if you need help or support.

• They sell WordPress these and have no knowledge of WordPress.
• They know nothing about the themes they supply.
• They offer no support.
• They tell lies.
• They blame other peoples plugins for problems their themes cause.

They are the worst. A 1 star rating is 1 star to many.

Quick response time. Thinkupthemes keeps up with WordPress php upgrades, which is very important.

First the Theme was overwhelming! Started playing with it and figured that it was super capable! I was able to do most of it by myself without any help in an afternoon. Very highly recommended if someone wants to have a unique, elegant theme!

Think Up Themes is a party that is full of nonsense and scam. I bought a theme, but it's not working. They can't solve it, so I asked for a cashback. But they refuse to refund and they can't solve the issue neither. Their support team is giving bad and sad answers.
Don't buy anything at Think Up Themes!
