Good Transaction

Great service, as items despatched very fast; was a bit disappointed that the Diesel 10 I ordered was the old style one when it arrived. Had hoped that it would be the recent one from Day of the Diesels as the other items I ordered were new Day of the Diesel engines, however this wasn't specified so not a complaint as such.. Other than that, good service.

Very easy to use website and very quick delivery items packed well will most certainly be using again in the future.

I ordered two Thomas trains for my nephew which I had had trouble finding on other sites. I ordered them at about 3pm and they arrived next morning. Great value and service, I would definitely use again and recommend to people.

I originally wrote a review saying that this company's service was speedy but that I was dissatisfied with their packaging for mailing purposes. The company read this because they immediately both emailed me and telephoned me to apologise and try and rectify my complaint. I have to say that whilst I still say their packaging for mailing was poor, they appear to have taken this on board and will probablly not repeat their error. I was impressed with their commitment and reaction to a complaint; it does apppear to be a small and tightly run company and I will give them another go - too many companies don't seem to care what service they provide, this company does.

Easy ordering process although no information about delivery times. In the event the items arrived very quickly.

I have used this site many times to add to my son's never ending collection of Thomas characters. It is not unusual for my order to arrive within 24 hours which is excellent service. It is very helpful to have the "rare" characters noted as well as "re-issued".

Goods ordered delivered within 48hours. Actually received a telephone call the morning after I ordered a spare track set to explain that it was out of stock and the UK supplier did not know when they would get any more. I was offered the same track peices but loose and at aprice cheaper than the set. What great customer service these days.

This is blazingly good website. The items I buy from Thomas to You for my small granddaughter are excellent. I had been buying on e-Bay, but found myself purchasing things that were substandard and/or not compatible with the most-used track. Sending things back is so tedious. And the prices at Thomas to You are most reasonable. The unboxed range is especially good - she wants to play with the trains now - not save them in boxes for re-sale when she is 18. Although I could be wrong on that one....

Once I received a call within couple of minutes after sending an email, explaining about a product. Very helpful and good product knowledge. Well priced and great selection of goods.

i ordered sunday eve and my parcel was delivered tuesday although i had to pay delivery prices were still the best on the internet i will definately recommend to friends and will use this site again
