The service from this shop was excellent. Very fast delivery and well packaged.

I have bought several items in various transactions over a period of months. Their customer service by way of communication, was excellent and reminded me of the true "service" you use to receive in shops some 10 to 15 years ago but now seems to be a dying art. They stack a range of varied products at very competitive prices and are happy to help with requests. 5 stars!

Fastest delivery I have experienced from any online supplier and packaging is excellent.

I ordered loads of different stuff - with some promised suprises - which we were really pleaseed with. Cannot wait for my grandson to open up the parcels on his birthday so we can play with Thomas and his friends!

I have placed two orders within a week and both have arrived quickly, well packaged and in perfect condition. We ordered from Thomas to You because the price of our Thomas train was 25% cheaper than the high street.

We gave up shopping around on various sites for thomas toys-Thomas 2U is almost always the cheapest and has so many things you will find nowhere else. The extensive range of stock they have means you can easily spend more than you anticipated so be careful about letting you little Thomas fan see the site.

Just one down side - the basket is not very interactive - it just builds up a paypal order but don't let that put you off the service is great.

they always deliver on time and I have had no problems with several orders that I have placed with this site. One to be trusted.
