I’m very pleased with the little pendant I ordered and it arrived in a few days and I was kept informed regularly.
I was also able to notify Royal mail that they could leave the item in my safe place, which they did. So, result!

Website easy to navigate! Ring sizes hard to gage so have placed orders and keep returning them changing the sizing, but the customer care team whenever ive had any quesions or issues are super quick at responding and very helpful going above and beyond making communication really smoother and pleasant

Nothing went wrong with the purchase and itself. I looked, I chose and I bought.
The staff in the store in Milton Keynes however need some serious and urgent training in how to make customers feel welcome and satisfied. I’ve never been in any shop where the staff are so stern looking and are totally reluctant to make you feel at ease and happy that you’re in the right retail outlet.
Although I bought the ring it left me with a horrible taste around the poor service which could hardly be bothered.

Website was easy to negotiate when I was looking for an anklet for my granddaughter's 21st birthday in January and pleased it was a Black Friday deal. But Royal Mail's service was extremely bad, unprofessional and not in keeping with their usual service. I know they take on extra staff over the Christmas period but they should receive proper training and face the consequence if they don't keep up the good name of Royal Mail. I specified a safe place if I was out but I was IN when I got a message to say my package had been left in my safe place and a card put through my door to that effect. There was no card and no package. I discovered that not only had the package been left at the wrong address, but it had been put on top of a flowerpot outside the front door. Not very safe at all as anyone passing could have taken it! I hope Thomas Sabo make a complaint to Royal Fail!!

Never had any problems with Thomas Sabo deliveries. Great communication from the placing of order right through to delivery. Also love the fact they use Royal Mail as I feel they are much more efficient and respectful of your parcel.
