Love Thomas Sabo styles and have very many pieces going back years. My latest purchase was a beautiful Daisy ring which is delicate but also showy. Arrived very quickly and well packaged. This company makes quality products. It’s a shame that I do not live near one of the shops now. I used to love just having a look at the latest styles, picking out what I’d like for Christmas etc. Happy!

Disgraceful service in store, Trafford Centre
Trafford Centre store, only 1 person serving and is helping a family of 4. 2 people walked out of the store fed up of waiting another person came in and also left. The lady behind the counter was very apologetic and said she was on her own.
Eventually a person came in and eventually came out of the back room and served us we just mentioned about waiting and she was very defensive and said did we want to buy something or just moan?
I did contact you about this but 10 days later no response from you whatsoever.

Best experience ever
I visited the Thomas Sabo shop in the Trafford Centre this morning Saturday 1-11-2025. Having visited a few different shops earlier this morning my daughter and I commented that some of the early starters were suffering from post Halloween hangovers. That couldn’t have been more different when we entered Thomas Sabo. The young man that attended to us was enthusiastic, pleasant, very knowledgeable and basically made my day. The whole experience was a treat and I purchased a new bracelet for myself. All my current Thomas Sabo jewellery was cleaned and polished and I left the store feeling amazing. I didn’t get his name but please pass on my thanks for this mornings experience. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Don't buy...Unhelpful and overpriced jewellery
I made a mistake with the info I needed engraving....I contacted before 24 hours had expired but was advised too late...the bracelets arrived and to be honest it wasn't even worth having them engraved as it is hardly visible...I have shown the bracelets to my family who actually thought they were plastic...they are described as being Sterling Silver...I would say do not bother ordering from this company
