Popped in to change some personal…

Popped in to change some personal details on my account and was met by a very polite staff member called Paul.
He was amazing and helped me with everything I needed and also my dad was with me and he also helped my dad with questions on his account which he as really impressed with.
I’m sure the other staff members are very helpful also but Paul today went beyond amazing customer service today and me and my dad both left very very happy .

Having forgotten my ID first time around Paul gave me all the information I needed for when I returned Returning 2 weeks later David helped and started the process of uphrading . He then kindly passed us over to Paul to continue

Three Basingstoke is the best phone shop ive ever visited

The manager nick set up my phone several times as i kept locking myself out he then transferred everything back. This was over a period of 4 months. He has now setup a pin so i cant do it again. All while having to translate from German to English highly recommend three basingstoke they are all so friendly and helpful
