3 ignoring fact told shud not hav threatened after told in shop wud be charged £400 to cancel contract phone after 4 yrs paying £25 to £35 mth direct debit. Havin phoned C.S. 5 times told LAURA in 3 shop wrong shudnt hav threatened cost 400 but had taken £25 and £35 nxtday then £35 mnth later hav asked in letters posted for refund /return bag....not received. Told to go in shop .Not iwarned. Futher letters phone calls still nothing. A refurbished phone given is unwanted WHY WONT 3 TAKE IT BACK and REFUND MY MONEY ...FROM DISATISFIED OLD CUSTOMER

Generally we don't use the return bags by default any more. We usually send an email with a label for arranging the return, but it sounds like that hasn't been done. That might be something worth requesting from the team if you still need it.
