I visited the Three store today feeling quite stressed after leaving Apple with a new phone that wasn’t reading my SIM card. I wasn’t very hopeful that my issue would be resolved, but then I met Michael and he completely turned the experience around.
Michael was absolutely brilliant. He took the time to clearly explain everything to me, made sure I understood what was going on, and even helped me with things I didn’t realise I needed support with. His communication skills were outstanding, and it was clear he genuinely cared about resolving my issue.
Thanks to his patience and effort, my problem was fully sorted, and I left feeling so relieved. This was honestly some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. Thank you so much, Michael!
