Great customer service from Michal!!!
I purchased today a new mobile phone from the shop in Cambridge. I am always dreading changing my mobile device as I am aware how tedious setting up a new device could be. Michal has been great from the first moment he approached us. His knowledge is soo vast and helped tremendously to set up my new phone. He was very patient and calm, went above and beyond everyone else I have met before in any Three branch so far!!! He is a great employer and the branch in Grand Arcade is very lucky to have him! I take this opportunity to thank him again for all his help and support today! I wish him all the best!
