Great customer service

Walked into the Camden store and was greeted by Ariyana. She was polite, professional, and made us feel very welcome. We had an issue with our device and SIM, and she resolved it straight away. Excellent customer service.

Needed help with a sim which I can travel with for work as I’m on the move a lot, Tanzia was so helpful as I’m a technophobe - but she explained in ways I could understand and asked questions without me needing to probe. Eg. Do u want a spend cap etc - considering my last providers bill was daylight robbery - so really appreciated her help and her setting up the eSIM for me.
