I was in the 3 store at Edinbrugh 2 months ago to cancel my contract and other 3 numbers.
A lady called Simran pretand to help me and that she cancelled my cantract without telling me that i have to call the live agent and that i have to pay on April the last payment and the contarct will be cancel but sadenly i surprised that my line was suspend cause i didn't pay for the bill that had to be cancelld last month and it's been now 3 weeks strugling with network and calls.
But i came to the Store again and a gentelman called Aaron was so helpful and nicely expalin everything and managed to get everything camcelled with customer service.

Hi, Sim at Edinburgh Princess St was very kind and helpful. I was reporting the death of my mother and she help me contact the correct team to process the update. I try to do this online beforehand and did not get anywhere and had debt company contact me.
The account is now closed and no additional payment was required.

Excellent customer service from Bilal
Was having a really rough time figuring out how to get a new phone contract, but Bilal at the 3 store on Princes St managed not only to get me the best deal of any phone shop I tried, but also went above and beyond to help ensure that I was able to transfer my number despite an incredibly complex situation. Can’t thank him enough for his great Customer Service, and I definitely would have changed to a different provider if it weren’t for his help.
