Renewing contract
Renewing my contract was a quick and smooth experience. The man that helped me was kind. I had to wait between five to ten minutes to be served, and it made me wonder why there were only two employees in store, on a Saturday, in the branch located on the main street.

I'm totally hopeless with IT and needed a huge amount of photos and videos transferred between phones having purchased a new phone. Luke of the Princes Street branch was absolutely brilliant in sorting that out for me - really friendly and patient with an IT Numpty like me. If I could give more than 5* I would. Absolutely wonderful staff. Cruz was absolutely brilliant with superb service and his manager also was very lovely. They made it so easy to change over much ancient tablet and helped to transfer all my data across which I was very anxious about before visiting.

Manipulative
No service on my phone for 3 days, went in to the 3 shop on Princes Street Edinburgh where they were no help and treated me as if I was stupid (I'm 83) sold me broadband (which I was pressurised in to buying) but it wasn't until I was home with it I realised I wouldn't receive a signal with that either. I called 3 customer services who then put me through to technical services to find out it was a mast issue in the area, why the shop couldn't do this for me I dint know. I returned the broadband unit to the same store as there is a 14 day return policy but the shop assistant told me I couldn't bring the unit back until the 13th April! I went home and called my daughter who looked up the returns policy and it states 14 day return so she came with me to the store, there was a different assistant who cancelled my broadband contract, turns out it's the end of the financial year and told my mum to come back 13 days later so that the sale would look good on his behalf.
Disgusting service from 3 manipulating a pensioner and making her feel stupid, changing to ee because of this appalling treatment.,
