Manipulative
No service on my phone for 3 days, went in to the 3 shop on Princes Street Edinburgh where they were no help and treated me as if I was stupid (I'm 83) sold me broadband (which I was pressurised in to buying) but it wasn't until I was home with it I realised I wouldn't receive a signal with that either. I called 3 customer services who then put me through to technical services to find out it was a mast issue in the area, why the shop couldn't do this for me I dint know. I returned the broadband unit to the same store as there is a 14 day return policy but the shop assistant told me I couldn't bring the unit back until the 13th April! I went home and called my daughter who looked up the returns policy and it states 14 day return so she came with me to the store, there was a different assistant who cancelled my broadband contract, turns out it's the end of the financial year and told my mum to come back 13 days later so that the sale would look good on his behalf.
Disgusting service from 3 manipulating a pensioner and making her feel stupid, changing to ee because of this appalling treatment.,

Excellent service friendly, helpful and left with what I came in for
I was served quickly by Anare, listened too, given the various options and financial implications clearly and in a very friendly way, no hard sell.
I left with an exactly what I went in for a wee cost saving on another contract.

Quick and simple experience
Went in to upgrade my phone contract and even though I didn’t have access to to my phone, Bilal was very helpful and cheerful throughout the process would recommend.

My experience was very positive because of the excellent customer service I received from Bilal at Three. He was very helpful and took the time to understand my internet needs before recommending a suitable 12-month plan. He explained everything clearly and made sure the package matched what I actually needed, not just the most expensive option. This company is doing well in providing friendly, knowledgeable staff who focus on customer needs and offer practical solutions.
