Taking money 5 months after acc closed
Went in store to cancel sim card that I was using in internet dongle. Was told it was cancelled.
5 months later money still being taken from my account. Apparently no record of me going in store. So that person in the St James Quarter store just lied to me, excellent.
I was then told on the phone (after three disconnects, excellent for a phone company to have shoddy call centres) that since no evidence of me going in store I will have contract cancelled now but no refund.
Eventually after i complained they agreed to 2 months refund (why 2 months and not 5? who knows!)
Just the worst provider there is
