I came to the Enfield branch this afternoon frustrated because my phone was lost and someone's been using my number on WhatsApp. I was first attended to by Sammy who was very unhelpful and gave me a wrong advice. My enquiry was later dealt with by one of your very helpful, pleasant, patient staff named Zahra. May I please ask the manager to thank Zahra for her help solving my problems at the branch. This is the second time i have been attended to by Zahra. I find her very knowledgeable, helpful and always eager to make customers satisfied. Thank you Zahra.You are highly appreciated. It’s not often you come across customer service like this Holly was professional, knowledgeable, and so friendly throughout. She really went above and beyond to help me, and I left feeling very impressed.
