I had a confusing interaction where I…
I had a confusing interaction where I received different (more expensive) quotes than what is available in the app. And they did a very poor job explaining it. They said I still had 2.5 months left on my airtime but didn't present me with the option of paying it off early which I know you can do on the app and they gave me device quotes greater than what was on the app. Ultimately they said it's cheaper for me to come back in three months (which is true) but they weren't really helpful in exploring other options which I now know are available by simply going through the three app. I was looking for an early upgrade but at this point I know you get better new customer deals elsewhere, so given the interaction I think I'd rather leave.
