Kendall was really friendly and attentive with myself and my aunt when my aunt was buying a new phone. She explained all the steps and set up the new phone for my aunt and made sure she knew how to use the new phone as well as explaining anything she had to sign into on the new phone. She made it a very easy and simple experience for us and was really great.

The customer service from Kendall was excellent. I am not confident in phones and she took time to explain different deals and why they would suit me. She set up my new phone and showed me hot to use the main features of the phone. She took the time to make sure I was happy with my new phone and I cant thank her enough for her patience and for helping make the experience so smooth for me.

Friendly Staff fielded every peculiar question from me and explained the rolling monthly broadband clearly.
Also assisted the setup of the hub and gave heads up on what to expect when it would up and running.
