I was with O2 and came to the Three…
I was with O2 and came to the Three shop since my phone was playing up. Tahir sat me down and sorted my phone out within minutes, he then enquired about my deal with O2 and also who my WiFi was with. He ended up giving me a significantly better deal than what I was getting with O2 and Shell, and then helped me with the number transfer and also explained how to use the WiFi. Very good deal and very helpful too.

Excellent customer service
My wife and I visited the Three store in Parkhead Forge with a view to to changing my broadband provider. I had many questions I needed answered about the broadband changeover, I was fortunate to meet Francis from customer service who had a wealth of knowledge being in the industry for many years. Francis answered all my questions and found me a deal I was happy with which included a 30 day trial period. Great service Francis. Thank you
