Mobile phone replacement
The service was excellent. I am not very knowledgable with mobile phones and the sales assitant (Declan) made it very understanable.
There was no rush and everything was explained to me clearly

Got the broadband from 3 got it home didn’t work and found out it was a outside unit as my niece got one and turned out to be brilliant hence I wanted one to but never got one and returned to the shop to find they had one in stock and she was confused why I never got this

I’m an older lady
I’m an older lady, and not too sure about phones. Sheree helped me pick a new phone which had to be sent to my home. She told me return to store when I received the phone to help me transfer between phones, which I did. Sheree was a great help cant recommend the Kilmarnock store enough.
