I’m an older lady
I’m an older lady, and not too sure about phones. Sheree helped me pick a new phone which had to be sent to my home. She told me return to store when I received the phone to help me transfer between phones, which I did. Sheree was a great help cant recommend the Kilmarnock store enough.

Can't fault the service
Can't fault the service of Sheree, Declan and Emma. All 3 staff were so helpful as I'm a complete technophobe and they were patient, friendly and chatty. Great experience and solid knowledge on their products and offers. I came out feeling like a got the best deal possible.
