Bea at the Leamington store is a star
Bea at the Leamington Spa store delivered faultless service - she supported me to upgrade one of my business lines but when we encountered an issue in store and it had to be escalated she continued to chase it up for over a week (clearly not a straightforward issue!), kept me informed all the way and was utterly delightful to boot. Big shout out to Aiden at the leam spa 3 store! Sorry, can't remember the first chaps name, but cheers to him too for his honesty on how screwed my phone was and my situation haha! I visited the three store today and was welcomed with the loveliest friendliest staff member named Bea. Her knowledge and patience is next to non and she made my experience in buying a new phone so easy. She was so helpful and even transferred my phone details over for me. I left my phone with her in store and went back to get it. All set up. Bea deserves all the positive praise she can get. Can’t fault her. Thank you Bea.
