A very stressful experience with an upgrade
A very stressful experience with a recent upgrade having been a loyal customer for years. The Leamington Spa branch incorrectly set me up with a new phone number which set off a chain of mistakes. When I went into the LS branch I received no help or guidance, they simply did not care. I now have a complaint open with the company as I am still waiting for a resolve and my monies back. The complaints team call me daily, harassing me, and keep asking me to close the complaint. It’s not been resolved! I emailed the Exec team twice and received no response. No wonder this company is being taken over by Vodafone. No customer service, care, or support. And if the Exec team don’t care why should anyone else in this business!!
27/03 I did contact the complaints team and was told I need to wait up to 8 weeks and will still receive daily harassing calls until the complaints team close my complaint.

Customer service was very good, very friendly and helpful. Couldn’t recommend them more. Grayson helped making my contract cheaper and gave me ideas on where to get a phone outright. Couldn’t be happier!
