Disappointed
Unfortunately, I have to update my review. It turns out that a staff member at the Livingston shop gave us false information about roaming and failed to inform us that our contract does not include free roaming. As a result, we have been left without any roaming service while on holiday. When signing the contract, we specifically asked about the data allowance outside Scotland. We were told it was probably around 6GB, but they weren't entirely sure of the exact amount. We were never informed about the additional £2 daily roaming charge. We feel extremely disappointed and deceived by this unreliable employee. As soon as we return from our holiday, we will be switching back to our old provider, giffgaff, where we get 5GB of free EU roaming.
