We was helped in the store by Joe after I had been receiving suspicious calls. He sorted everything out for us very efficiently in a proffesional manner. I thoroughly explained everything to us and made sure we fully understand what was happening. He's a credit to the company.

Yoosuf, the best sales assistant I have ever met with any retailer. Very knowledgeable, I had a few specific technical questions and few problems with my account that even customer support didn't resolve. The sales assistant dealt with everything straight away. Very polite and courteous. If anybody wants the same experience, ask for Yoosuf, you thank me later. Great experience 👍

I have the most amazing experience in the three shop today. Nothing was too much trouble. Everyone was very knowledgeable. I got an extremely good deal on an iPhone 17 which I’m very much looking forward to setting up when I get home. I would highly recommend three as a mobile phone provider. I have now three contracts for me and my two boys.

Knowledgeable and patient
I was served by a very knowledgeable and patient advisor called Yoosuf.
I had trouble with my device and Yoosuf was able to to fix the problem and also get me a great deal on a new device.
He helped me get set up and showed me around the device and some new features such as Gemini.

Sam served me today in the meadow hall three store today. I was there to upgrade my phone. He listened to what I what and found me the best deal. He was cheerful and polite throughout our interaction.
