Good customer service is key
After two years of trying to solve my issue with three as they had completely messed up my contracts and over charged me, Taina solved it in no time at all, all quiet straight forward. However I had tried 5/6 times previously with other 3 shops including online chats and got nowhere but 3 continued to charge me for 2 years for something they had got wrong.
I still haven’t been refunded as yet, but thanks to Taina I won’t be getting charged twice anymore.
