My phone was filled with viruses and…
My phone was filled with viruses and was unable to be used. Had multiple people look at it and told me I had to get a new phone. Came into store today and was served by Jasmine who was able to sort my phone out for me with no issues. Very polite girl who was happy to help me fix my phone for no cost. Extremely happy with my service and my phone is back to working again.

I cannot thank Maryam and Shaheen enough for the exceptional service they provided at the 3 Store in Nottingham. From the moment I walked in, they were welcoming, professional, and genuinely committed to helping me.
What really stood out was their patience, knowledge, and willingness to go above and beyond to ensure everything was sorted properly. They took the time to explain all my options clearly, answered every question with confidence, and made what could have been a stressful situation completely straightforward and hassle-free.
Their customer service was outstanding—friendly, approachable, and truly focused on finding the best solution for me rather than simply making a sale. It's rare to come across people who care so much about delivering a positive customer experience, but Maryam and Shaheen exceeded all expectations.

Very helpful. I came in to buy a new phone and was helped by Jasmine who went through different options and prices with me until I found one that suited my needs. She made everything easy to understand and went through all the contract details with me so I knew exactly what I was agreeing to. I find it’s always easier to be served in store then online and Jasmine made the process even better for me
