Scammers , watch them please
I renew my contract in store , was given tablet at great deal . A was happy till find out they added third contact for card sim £15.99
Didn’t much look my direct debits till accidently find this charges , abaut 10 months chargers for nothing
Never use that sim not even single Phone call
Very bad people, they probably see that contract is paying and no usage , not interested to find out if all ok with customer , maybe something happened!!! They just want your money , nothing else
Got few another contract with them plus business account , strongly consider to switch to another supplier.
Went to branch reporting problem , didn’t get any help , was advised to ring customer service if want change anything in contact, if you sing contact in store is ok but if you want change/ close account is not ok in store
Scammers in my opinion, won’t recommend to anyone
