My SIM card stopped working suddenly
My SIM card stopped working suddenly. I had a lot of issues with the live chat so I had to travel into store to sort it out. I was very flustered. I was greeted by Callum who saw me enter and immediately came to help. He sorted the SIM within minutes and handed me over to Jasmine as I also was interested in opening a second line. She was very knowledgeable- incredibly friendly and to the point. I was offered a great deal and fab freebies including a power bank. I had looked online to switch providers before coming but the service I received has kept me with you for another 3 years. Thank you so much.

Staff are always helpful
Staff are always helpful. I came in a few days ago and was served by Jasmine. Very polite and friendly and was quick to help me sort out my contract.

Raheem really looked after us today
Raheem really looked after us today, helping us replace a stolen phone and reactivating the sim. Gummy the manager also helped answer lots of questions. Great service all round.
