Exceptional experience!

I went into the Three store in Southampton, to ask for information on mobile broadband on behalf of my brother. And I was greeted by Carlyle, one of the stores sales advisors. I explained what I was after and he then went through and explained everything very methodically and professionally. And on top of this, he then very kindly wrote everything down for me so that I would not forget anything. I left the store feeling very impressed by his overall attitude, helpfulness and knowledge. An exceptional experience! Thank you and well done Carlyle!

Phone contact upgrade

We were out of contract with the phones we have. We were guided to better alternatives, from which we made our choices.
The advisor was very helpful and informative at the Southampton 3 shop.
I would highly recommend using them.

Anthony in the 3 store at West Quay in…

Anthony in the 3 store at West Quay in Southampton was excellent & extremely helpful. I rang last evening and he was very patient and helpful with my initial enquiries and just now I came into the store to buy a new tablet and home broadband deals which have become crucial to my current circumstances. He was very helpful in store and I now have everything I need to operate my business from home & in multiple locations. His customer service skills were excellent (I worked in that for 20 years) and he went out of his way to get me the best tablet available to me. I've been a 3 mobile customer for many years and always have a great experience with 3 that's my main reason for my loyalty. Great customer service, 5 stars.26th
