Anthony in the 3 store at West Quay in Southampton was excellent & extremely helpful. I rang last evening and he was very patient and helpful with my initial enquiries and just now I came into the store to buy a new tablet and home broadband deals which have become crucial to my current circumstances. He was very helpful in store and I now have everything I need to operate my business from home & in multiple locations. His customer service skills were excellent (I worked in that for 20 years) and he went out of his way to get me the best tablet available to me. I've been a 3 mobile customer for many years and always have a great experience with 3 that's my main reason for my loyalty. Great customer service, 5 stars.26th

Antony was really helpful and was able to get me a better deal than what's offered through live chat or phone. Regardless of the deals, the in-person experience in store is miles better than the live chat or phone that seems to just go round in circle with the agent not being able to help or knowledgeable enough to get me a decent deal

Well we were served today by Anthony well what excellent customer service. We went to sort my tablet out. He helped me emencly by asking me what I use it for he recommended a different tablet which I must say I am exceptionally pleased with. I felt so relaxed and served like a human being that I also changed my phone from sim only contract to a contract phone so I pay 1 price for both. I couldn't be happier .I will definitely be going bk to this store only. (Keep up yr excellent customer service Anthony as you will go a long way in the future) he is an absolute credit to yr company cannot thank him enough
