Regardless of the deals, the in-person experience in store is miles better than the live chat or phone that seems to just go round in circle with the agent not being able to help or knowledgeable enough to get me a decent deal

Well we were served today by Anthony well what excellent customer service. We went to sort my tablet out. He helped me emencly by asking me what I use it for he recommended a different tablet which I must say I am exceptionally pleased with. I felt so relaxed and served like a human being that I also changed my phone from sim only contract to a contract phone so I pay 1 price for both. I couldn't be happier .I will definitely be going bk to this store only. (Keep up yr excellent customer service Anthony as you will go a long way in the future) he is an absolute credit to yr company cannot thank him enough
