Very unresponsive
Very unresponsive. I returned the unfitted item by DHL on 31 Jan 2020 from Hong Kong and it was acknowledged by your side on 3 Feb 2020. I got no confirmation email so that I wrote to your info on 10 Feb 2020 and no response too. Until 12 Feb 2020 I wrote again then only got reply and the refund notice. I would not recommend your website to my friends.

Lovely dress but...
Lovely dress, however it's bad that only up to a size 10 is offered. I am a 10 but this dress nowhere near fit me. Very disappointed

Always amazing to do business with three floor they have never let me down everytime I've purchased clothes from them and the quality is amazing love the clothes.
