Ticketgum gave us a fantastic experience by arranging excellent tickets for a top match in London (Totteham vs. Arsenal). Everything was delivered on time, and we even sat together in the same section with a group of 11 people. Perfectly organized!

Don't go anywhere near this company, they will issue tickets then cancel them, then reissue all while little to 0 communication. In the end we had to pay at the box office as they told us the ticket was a scam! And of course my emails to this so called company are now going undelivered...funny that!

I had an amazing experience booking tickets for the North London Derby through this company. The seats were literally right by the pitch, the price was the best I found online, and the customer service was top-notch throughout.

Tickets did come just a few hours before kickoff, but they were authentic, accurate and delivered well in time, just as the website promises and advertises.

Thank you, the tickets was great from the seats and fantastic view and also your help with a couple problems I had. Thanks again will defo be using again, 100% reliable

I requested a refund and I received the following response

“At this stage, we’re unable to proceed with a refund while an active negative review is in place for an unresolved case. Once the review has been removed, please let us know and we will be happy to move forward with processing your refund.”

I have also attempted to reply to the email, but I am now receiving automated delivery failure notices stating the connection was refused.

I received my tickets within the time frame given(on the morning of matchday), however I’d have hoped it was sooner as I’m a guy that likes to plan things well and make sure I’m organised. However, once I did receive my tickets, the instructions were clear on how to download them and even though I was still nervous that they might not work at the stadium, everything was seamless. Had a great time and will definitely consider coming back to TicketGum again

We bought tickets for the London Derby hours before the game and I was worried about receiving them. But the service was so fast and I had a fabulous experience on my birthday! So greatful with Ticketgum team.

Everything as expected. Received the ticket within the timeline given for the agreed on price. The process and the website were easy to navigate. Plus the match itself was wonderful and I had a blast. If I am ever back in the UK, Ticketgum will be first on my planning list.

Great match at Tottenham Hotspurs stadium and no problems with the tickets and price was good. I would use Ticketgum again

The match was terrific; two 2nd half goals allowed Tottenham to cone away with a draw against Man City including the tying goal that was one for the highlight reels. The seats were quite good, but more in the corner than the seat map indicated. We hadn't received our tickets until 6 hours before the match and it was difficult for me to locate the tickets on my phone once I had downloaded them, but that's my problem not the company's. Had the tickets not shown up, the website didn't have a phone number and by Googling, I found out that the office was closed on weekends anyway. Perhaps the company could send an email assuring the customer that the tickets are coming? It took us 90 minutes to get to the stadium, but what of someone who needed to travel from farther away?

Was little off last night

I bought a pair for Arsenal v Liverpool. All went smooth with 0 errors. Team was there in whatsapp all along to answer my questions. Me and my son had a blast. thanks guys!

I bought 4 tickets and was slightly worried about it being a scam. I found communication was prompt and responsive. Tickets came through as promised.

Requested tickets to a Arsenal / Westham football match and was unable to download the ticket in time and had no help from Ticket Gum after a frantic day of attempting to connect with TicketGum for help. There 100% guarantee if false. no refund was made, Ruined this trip to England Do not use this service as there is no service. Its a scam

All went smooth, we received tickets on time and enjoyed the match. Their customer service was also fast in replying emails.

It was a fantastic experience for us!Everything was perfect and simple for us as a foreigner.
