Badly built website (doesn't have basic options like reviewing your order / the number of tickets / price while you are completing the purchase). Difficult to communicate with - does not respond on Whatsapp. Does not inspire confidence or trust. Waiting on a refund, hoping that it arrivs.

Zero and non trust in ticketgum
Unfortunately, this website (Ticketgum) is not fully trustworthy. I purchased a ticket from them to attend a football match between Manchester United and Wolverhampton, but they provided me with an expired ticket, and I was denied entry at the stadium.

As a result, I was forced to buy another ticket directly from the official ticket office at Manchester United’s stadium. I contacted Ticketgum several times to explain the situation and requested a refund, but unfortunately, there was no proper response or solution.

Sadly, this appears to be a fake and unreliable website, and it cannot be trusted. I strongly advise people not to communicate with or deal with this illegal platform.

Bought just short tier side tickets june 7 months before the game for Liverpool v wolves receievd tickets day before 26th dec totally different tickets instead they sent me upper tier Longside right at the back up on looking at the map and being there before I already knew so I told them I didnt want them and want a refund as they said they didn't have the ones I bought they told me to late because they sent them hang on a minute why wasnt I asked if wanted a refund or different tickets and a part refund no because you have to have what they give you by looks of it didnt go to the game I told them way before the game started I want a refund and guess what no answer again From them my bank has now charged the money back so hope il get it soon youl get an email from ryan and also a watsapp from a harri my xmas get away has been spoilt do not use them the deception is unreal try ticombo they are a much better site as I was told to late honestly the bad reviews are real I work for nhs and this was a well deserved break for us turned out to be a waste of a 400 mile round trip journey

Booked tickets for Xmas present on 8/10 for arsenal game on 27/12
Emailed numerous times and reassured that tickets would be with me for game.
Then on 26/12 email to say they had cancelled tickets as unable to supply , even though they had tickets still for sale on site and sent me an email on 27/12 to see if I was still interested in buying tickets. As tickets were a Xmas present for my son I was able to buy tickets from alternative site but at twice the price. Sent email of complaint and no response. Still awaiting refund which will take upto 12 working days, disgusting experience, I have asked the director of the company to contact me, so so disappointing and stressful, thank goodness I managed to keep from my son as he would have been devastated and Xmas would have been ruined. DONT USE THIS COMPANY

I have had a refund now of original payment, strangely after submitting complaint again but no response to complaint itself just request for additional info today from trust pilot for them to provide response.

I bought 2 tickets to see Liverpool vs Aston Villa on November 1st and I paid just over £1,000 for the 2 tickets. The "tickets" did not arrive until the day of the game. I emailed with Ticketgum in the days beforehand and they said they would send the tickets before kickoff and not to worry. I finally received the tickets a few hours before kick-off via Whatsapp (which I thought a bit strange). They also started to warn me not to contact the Liverpool FC staff if there was a problem with the ticket but instead to contact them. Fair enough although, again, a bit disconcerting.
We got to Anfield and the tickets did not work at the first turnstile and then again at the second turnstile. I called the TicketGum Whatsapp number of the person who sent me the tickets (no response), sent a Whatsapp message (no response) and then emailed (no response). I suspect because it was an evening game (8PM kickoff), there were no staff available.
As the game was ongoing and there was no response from TicketGum, I went to the ticket office to see if they could sort the problem. When they looked at my tickets, they could tell they were fakes.
Finally in response to my email, TicketGum sent me a generic email the next day saying I was not entitled to any refund and that there available to sort any problems, which I was amazed at.
Having thought about the incident quite a lot, I don't think that TicketGum deliberately set out to defraud me as I don't think there is a way for them to know which is a real ticket and which is a fake ticket - how could they? However, I would have thought a business like this would chalk up a refund to me as a cost of doing the business they do. Unfortunately this is not their approach. My credit card company is dealing with them and I was surprised to see that (at least initially) they have tried to fight against the refund, even though Liverpool FC gave me a letter certifying that the tickets were fakes.
If I had known that the tickets could possible be fakes, I would not have taken the chance. The TicketGum company "guarantee" is unfortunately not a true or honest statement at all.
My advice is not to take the chance with this company.

If I could give no stars, I would. Please do not waste your money. It is a con, they advertised three tickets and I bought them at £630. They have then cancelled on the day of the match and informed me they cannot secure the tickets and my refund will be with me within 7-10 days! Please please avoid this company at all cost

I purchased tickets based on the event information listed on Ticketgum’s website. The match date was incorrectly shown as 2 January, while the official and correct date of the match is 1 February.

This is not a date change by the organizer, but a clear mistake made by Ticketgum on their website at the time of purchase. I relied on this incorrect information when buying the tickets.

According to Ticketgum’s own policy, if the company fails to deliver a compatible ticket due to reasons attributable to the company, they are liable for a refund of up to 100%. This situation clearly falls under that clause.

Despite multiple attempts to contact customer support, I have received no response at all. No explanation, no solution, no refund, complete silence.

Very disappointing customer service and lack of accountability. I strongly advise others to be cautious when purchasing tickets from this platform.

I had never been to a Premier league game in my life and it just so happens that I am staying right by the Brentford Bees stadium, so I went online to look for tickets a couple of hours before the match, I first searched for reputable brokers and the internets told me that ticketgum was one of the most reputable organization. so I went on their site and quickly found an available seat and purchased it, about 30 minutes later I received a digital ticket and placed it into my apple wallet,. a couple of hours later I went to the stadium scanned my wallet at the gate and I was in, easy. thank you ticketgum for a seamless experience.

I bought two tickets for Liverpool v forest on the 22nd Nov.i specifically told them seats had to be together as I was taking my 9 year old autistic son to his first ever game ,I provided passport details to verify my sons age .they took over 800 euros off me and guaranteed seats to me.tickets arrived at noon on day of the game but we were not sitting together, I emailed them immediately and told them ,so they took tickets back and issued me with 2 worst tickets available In row u and top of the stand instead of front row in Kenny Dalglish stand.i emailed many times to voice my extreme dissatisfaction and requested partial refund,every email I sent was returned saying the recipient would not accept.is it right to treat a 9 year old autistic boy this way,?he couldn't see the majority of the game due to people standing up and distance from the pitch,these guys are all about profit and dont give a second thought for its customers and those with additional needs..a disgraceful way to treat people..

First time to use Ticketgum - service was very efficient, very responsive when I asked about tickets. Tickets arrived on day of the game Arsenal v Tottenham and with clear instructions on how to download. The seats were great and I'll be happy to use the service again

I attended the Liverpool vs Aston Villa match for the first time, and it was an unforgettable experience. The customer service team was incredibly helpful, guiding us all the way to our seats. I’ll definitely be purchasing tickets again in the future.

This company sells illegal tickets to Premier League football matches. I bought 2 tickets, 4 months ago, way above face value. After emailing them a week before the game to ask about the tickets, I was told that the tickets were not going to be released by the stadium until three days prior to game. The day before the game I still did not have them. They then said they may not get delivered until two hours before kickoff!! At this point my gut was telling me I had been scammed. We received them 5 hours before. When we tried to enter the stadium the tickets would not scan. I was not surprised. My gut is usually right. The ticket help line was full of people with the same issue. This happens so often that the ticket office had pre-printed letters stating that the tickets were illegal and suggested ways to recoup our money. When I emailed ticketgum.com this morning, they claimed no responsibility. Saying that we had contacted them too late to receive a refund, and eventually they stopped corresponding. It had been 20 hours. DO NOT BUY TICKETS FROM ticketgum.com

Worst possible experience as we showed up to the match and the ticket would not scan. This happened to numerous people as the ticket help was full of the same issue. We were lucky that Fulham were very good and gave us tickets to around 100 pound each. Ticket gum is a scam and I would not recommend anybody buying of these and just to go to the club. Still no form of redress sent back from ticket gum either.

I ordered 2 tickets for Napoli vs. Inter, midfield seats, through Ticketgum (after receiving recommendations from my brother). I arrived at the San Paolo stadium with my son, and it was packed with fans, and everything went smoothly! The most important thing is reliability, and you have that! Thank you very much.

We got 3 tickets to the match got a text on Saturday morning saying my tickets would be with me that day, they came through about lunchtime, customer service were onto me to make sure the transfer went smoothly, we went to the stadium on Sunday to upgraded seats practically sitting on the pitch, I would definitely use them again, the only suggestion would be about a week before a little message to reassure you that you have your tickets but really couldn’t fault them
