Purchased from them 3 tickets last minute to watch Tottenham play at home for the Europa league and the whole journey with them was quite smooth. Delivered the tickets as promised on a timely manner and kept me well informed on the process and key information to know when going to the stadium and also they were very helpful answering any queries I had.

Extremely expensive, they charge fees so high you cannot imagine. And the match can be cancelled any time. Every time there is a bad review, they make trustpilot remove it bcse we cannot provide "material".

A last minute decision to buy Arsenal tickets as a surprise birthday present for my son proved a magic move and led to a magnificent experience.
Yes…prices and booking fees are high, but it was a price I was prepared to pay for the chance to surprise someone special with an unforgettable evening.
Yes…I had apprehensions about buying tickets online given the dangers and scams that are rife.
But Ticketgum do exactly what it says on the can: clear, straightforward and guaranteed.
An email query about the delivery time of my digital tickets was met with an immediate, clear, sympathetic and reassuring response (…thank you, Ryan!) and the whole procedure - from purchase to admission - was as smooth and simple as could be. I really needn’t have worried.
With so many ticket buying offerings out there - some distinctly dodgy - I now won’t hesitate to go straight to Ticketgum as my first port of call for football tickets.

First time I've used the site. Fantastic experience. I bought tickets to the Arsenal Fulham game less than two hours before kick off. Brilliant seats and excellent communication throughout. I thought the price was very reasonable.
The match was also amazing (although I appreciate that wasn’t down to Ticketgum!).

Bought tickets as a Xmas present for a premier league game in March for my son, so had to wait 3 months for the tickets which I was a bit anxious about, but the tickets were sent the day before with clear instructions, will definitely use ticketgum in the future.

I bought tickets for 2 games and everything went well, I received tickets for both games in advance. The seats were also great. So nothing to complain about. Great experience!

We've had a few tickets from this site now. Always get the tickets through the day before the match and communication with them is excellent 👌🏼 Will definitely be using them for future matches!

Just cancelled order for tomorrow's Liverpool v Southampton despite there still being tickets available for sale on the website. Refund will take 7-12 days to process so no chance of being able to buy elsewhere. Their "sincere apologies" are pretty meaningless and don't cover the expenses already incurred in travelling to a game I can't attend.

Further to my earlier review, I would like to add that I have only just received an email, over 7 days after the event, on the 16th March, confirming they have actually processed the refund so I still have a further 7-10 days to wait to receive my money back. This is unacceptable.

I just wanted to thank you for your service and the experience we got yesterday. Being Swedes in London on vacation and just happen to realize my son’s favorite football premier league team is playing in London. Not being into online ticket services and knowing the ease of being scammed, we tried you and hoped for our best. The best played out - we got the tickets without hassle at good price and my son had the evening of his life. Thank you - really appreciated it!!!

Ticketgum is a company who are not able to deliver what they promise unfortunately. I bought six tickets for the Nottingham Forest versus Manchester City game on their website, which they cancelled thereafter under the argumentation that they did not have tickets available. A week later, they put the tickets as available back on their website, almost double in price. Hence, they have the tickets available but just cancel your order if they think they can earn more on them elsewhere. Disgraceful. Also, did not even get my full payment as a refund yet given the exchange rates on these kind of large sums they are asking for the tickets.

Scam site for selling Liverpool Tickets. Can’t provide what people order. Palm you off matchday with singles. SHAM SITE.

Nice customer care and services

First time using Ticketgum so I was a little apprehensive using a ticket site. Received my NUFC v Arsenal ticket the morning of the match, but still a little worried if it would work. Everything was great, straight in, great seat and great win. Only criticism is, it would be nice to receive the ticket earlier and know where the seat is on day of purchase.

This is the 4th time I've used TicketGum, and the process was seemless, again as always. This time was a last minute trip and opportunity approx 24 hours before the game kicked off, tickets were confirmed by Harry, and delivered digitally within 12 hours. Made all the more enjoyable by one of the best atmospheres I've experienced at a football match.

Your service was very efficient and all worked well and if I had one comment to make is that your service is quite expensive for a pensioner like me taking his grandson who was visiting from NZ but the look on his face when the teams came out made it all worth the costs.

Despite quite a few reservations about when the tickets were going to arrive ( 24 hours before event) they eventually did.
The comms on the site were actually quite reassuring and easily contactable too.

No support on telephone or WhatsApp . Tried to reach them to cancel a transaction before tickets are issued : they didn’t reply or have someone to pickup the phone or chat. During their office hours . They replied second day and they issued tickets and they said it’s permanents. Expect no support from them .

They are insisting it’s outside office hours ! With their reply to defend their actions. I literally started calling 5 minutes after I made the purchase without a reply from WhatsApp or telephone and email reply came a day later: I insist they won’t reply on time and expect later or “we can’t do anything “ type of support .

Got tickets for Tottenham vs Manchester united and we get to the stadium only to find the tickets were fake.
