Do NOT use this company. The customer service is shocking. They change your tickets from the orginal order and then just state that they have upgraded them. They separated us in different stands and would not even entertain they idea that they made a mistake. Phone number on website doesn't ring and they reply to emails when it suits them. Avoid at all costs.

Everything was great. The tickets came 2 days before the Match via Mail. It was a awesome expirience and a great match.

I was certainly sceptical about using Ticketgum as had a bad experience with another online ticket company recently where I didn’t get my tickets . The service was professional throughout , responded to my queries and gave me comfort of all the steps . 3 tickets for the Liverpool v Newcastle game , great seats and all together would defo use Ticketgum again as they delivered .

I bought tickets for Newcastle vs Chelsea in the cup. Within 2 hours there was an e mail to link tickets to my wallet. Absolutely class will defo use again

Update: Ticketgum connected with me today and this does truly seem to have been a glitch in the transaction. I am happy to say that all has been resolved and tickets confirmed. In fairness to Henry in their customer service team, he couldnt have been more helpful once we connected. We will have one very excited boy on his Christmas Eve birthday.
I purchased 3 tickets for an upcoming Spurs game on Friday past, almost £350. A glitch in the system meant whilst money was transferred no confirmation was received. Resolved once I finally got to connect with customer service who ended up being very helpful and it is much appreciated.

The tickets we recieved were quality.only thing I didn't like about the site was how I ordered tickets in August and only recieved them 4 hours before the game.but site says they deliver in timely manner.so constantly worry weather I was gunna get tickets in time.

I was abit skeptical at first and worried about my tickets but my overall experience has been great. Great communication the whole process right upto the game and after. Went to spurs vs West Ham and I would highly recommend and use them again.

I am Norwegian, and I was so sceptic and worried due to different bad reviews of Ticketgum. But my experience has been good! Tickets for premier league, Tottenham hotspur stadium. Tottenham vs. West Ham United! Got the tickets early the day before (18th of Oct.), and link via both e-mail and sms. for the tickets. Customer service/follow up, was very good along the way, even though I was rude because I was worried I wouldn’t get the tickets! Will use Ticketmaster again for sure! Booking tickets was simple and the Whatsapp support team was very helpful when we had a minor issue. We saw some fantastic games.

Have used ticketgum about 3 times now and the tickets have always arrived. This last time I used them, the tickets arrived but now location and seat details uploaded. After a bit of a panic on my part, Ryan sorted it out for me and all was good. Would continue to use ticketgum.

Used Ticketgum for a MUFCvLFC game. Was apprehensive, especially as ticket hadn’t been received before travelling but c.3 hrs before KO got a text advising ticket was in, checked my email and there it was with a link. Couldn’t get the link to open on iPhone (Safari security) so contacted chat help on Ticketgum and they posted up the ticket for me to screengrab. No issue at turn style, got straight in no problem. Positive experience, only dropping 1 x star due to price but that’s the nature of short supply tickets
