Got the tickets in a timely manner and the process at the venue was easy, the company was always in contact with me offering support if needed.

Recently used ticketgum for tickets for an EPL match. They were great. They sent timely emails, answered questions I had, and got me the tickets two days before the match. I will definitely use them again.

A complete scam. Paid hundreds of pounds for two of the best seats to see Tottenham Man C, and they gave me two seats high up, and in different rows! They told me that hidden in their small print it's stated that seats may not be together. This company should be shut down.

Very smooth transaction, and support communication

1) the site is definitely legitimate as I was a bit a skeptical at first, but turned out with great seats,
2) the customer service help on what’s app was extremely quick and instructions were clear,
3) I would recommend to anyone who is not able to get a ticket for a big game but would like to go at the last minute.

The only concern I had was the price - I was obviously willing and ready to pay more than a normal ticket price, but felt it was still a bit steep.

But overall, it was a great experience.

Ordered 4 tickets for Arsenal vs Chelsea. Got super tickets right on the half way line.

First time using TicketGum so was nervous the tickets wouldn't arrive, or we would have issues getting in or that someone would be in our seats. In the event, it all worked perfectly. No issues at all.

I would have preferred to have the tickets more than 5 hours before the match or to be told a more exact time when I would get them.

However, all worked out well. Seats were super. Will use them again.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - they say that they GUARANTEE seats to be together yet on match day they told me they had problems with their supplier and our seats were NOT together, even though they claim they GUARANTEE this.
When I provided feedback on Trust Pilot before they had the nerve to come back to me with the following which is NOT GUARANTEED so don't quote that it is and DONT CHARGE FOR GUARANTEED TICKETS, I'm still waiting for a refund which they offered on the day but I had already travelled to Liverpool the night before (300 miles away):

"We always strive to do everything in our power to ensure that our customers are satisfied with our service.
However, in this instance, we were unfortunately unable to source the tickets together due to unforeseen issues with our suppliers"

This is the first time I bought ticket from TICKETGUM for the ARS/CHE game. We came from Asia.
We got the seats we chose and it was wonderful and TICKETGUM is real !!!

However, it created alot of anxiety for it tickets delivery and we didn’t receive the tickets until hours before kick-off. At time of purchase, we were given specific seating details and why the delivery cannot be any earlier ?
Also read some negative reviews has further fueled our anxiety.

I hope TICKETGUM can improve on the delivery timing and I will be back for sure.

I must say that the overall process was quite challenging and caused me unnecessary stress.

Firstly, the lack of transparency in the ticketing process was disconcerting. After making the payment, I expected to receive immediate information about my seat locations. However, I only received this information upon receiving the physical tickets. To my dismay, I was assigned the least desirable seats in my chosen category, located at the far end of the category with obstructed views due to the roof protrusion.

Furthermore, I was promised electronic tickets but instead received physical membership cards, which I found to be a security risk. Additionally, despite paying for seats together, my companions and I were seated three seats apart. Fortunately, the other attendees were understanding and we managed to exchange seats.

Despite these challenges, I must commend their customer service team for their exceptional support throughout the process. Their professionalism and willingness to assist made a significant difference in my overall experience. It is solely due to their efforts that I am considering using their services again in the future.
