Event Cancelled, No Refund, No communication.
I bought tickets for a concert scheduled for 31/10/2024, which was cancelled.
Submitted an online refund request as soon as the cancellation announcement was made and was given an estimate of upto 4 weeks for the refund to come in. It has been over 2, months and I am yet to receive my refund.
I have tried to contact ticketmaster.fr multiple times and not once have I received a reply. There is no clear complaint processing no live chat, no phone number to call. I would not recommend using Ticketmaster.fr to anyone.

Seating Plan was very good and enabled me to select exactly the type of ticket I was after.
The fact that Ticketmaster France will actually post you a real ticket, rather than having to use an app on your phone, was a real bonus as well: something to add to my collection of concert ticket stubs going back to 1974.
While most of the site translates pretty well to English, some parts did not. Thankfully, my schoolboy French was good enough to translate what I needed.

I ordered two tickets with postal delivery abroad. I finally found the tickets in my mailbox more than two weeks after paying my order, even though it was promised a much shorter delivery time. It was a stressful two weeks. For sure I would not like to use this site again to buy tickets because I absolutely do not feel it reliable (you cannot turn to anyone with questions and they lie). At the moment, I also doubt that I will get to the concert with my tickets, but that will only be known in six months...
I rate it two stars because the ticketing process was easy and the website didn't throw me out once despite it was overloaded.

A charge to print at home!!!!! Pffft
A slow website that leaves you wondering if the transaction is happening but gives you a timer to remind you how long it is taking makes you feel as though it is your fault.
Then at check out a charge of €1.65 for the option of printing out your digital e ticket at home using your materials is an insult.
