A lot of error messages, but never an explanation why the error occurred. Had no way of knowing what was wrong and just had to try again & again. As a buying experience very poor, but I managed to secure tickets for two events (the other ticket not being the one I wanted, though).

It was quick and speditive to get the Beyoncé tickets. The waiting list worked out well.

The site wasn’t stable I had to fight not against the beyhive but against Y’ALL to have my tickets.

The process to purchase Beyoncé tickets abs the way the app kept refreshing caused the process to be slow.

Why will you change all the names of the Beyoncé package. Now I got wrong tickets because of how poor you handled this sale! Plus why not ask for the code before getting into the waiting room ???

I was dropped out of the queue for no reason at position 32. When I got back. Most was already sold out.

The processing was seamless and straightforward. What was difficult for me was that some terms during the ticket reservations were in French, which isn't my native language. Despite using google translate through my browser, I still ended up clicking items that I had to use context clues for to understand. Imagine having just less than 10 minutes to go through it. However, overall, it was an exciting experience for a first-timer.

I got tix! That was the thing that was great about my experience. I am in the U.S. so the whole process of getting online before 6am and not knowing what to expect was a bit stressful. However, I got what I need and I am happy. Thank you.

No needed code to buy ticket vips but i was a pre sale with code....

Technical issues to pay , I was on the queue the last! But was waiting already 4 hours ahead

Was buying tickets for the Beyonce presale- switched the site to English and had no place to enter the fan code to enter the sale and lost my spot in the queue/ opportunity to buy two tickets. Very stressful.

It was quite clear, however, the seat plan map wasn’t very detailed enough to cover.

Quand son réseau n'est pas surchargé lors de gros événements tout va bien
