I had a terrible experience with Ticketmaster France during the resale of two tickets for Beyoncé’s show.
One ticket was successfully resold, but the payment was never received, even though I received a confirmation email. The second ticket could not be listed due to a persistent platform error, despite several attempts and support contacts.
I contacted support multiple times and received no effective solution. More than 59 days have passed since the first contact, and I still haven’t been reimbursed or compensated.
The lack of transparency, broken resale promises, and silence from customer service are unacceptable. I expected far more professionalism from a global ticketing company.
Buyers and sellers beware — the resale system is not reliable and may leave you with losses

Not being able to use Paypal/Apple Pay, additional fees for print@home and mobile ticket - such a shame! Are we still living in 2005 or is it 2025? Not so sure when trying to buy a ticket at ticketmaster.fr

Beware if you're American
As an American, buying the ticket was super easy. I'm in the US and used my American credit card with no problem. But now that I'm trying to resell the ticket, everything has become a headache. I can't use my US bank account to get paid, even though they had no issue charging it in the first place.
I added another bank account that was accepted, but my ticket still isn't showing up on the resale site. On my side it says it's listed, but it doesn't appear publicly.
I contacted customer service and waited two days just to get a copy-paste answer linking to the basic "how to resell tickets" page. That wasn't my question. I know how to resell. I wanted to know why my ticket isn’t showing up.
If you're American, be careful. Ticketmaster France is quick to take your money but gives you zero help if you're trying to resell.
