A good website to navigate through and use but has a few anoying bugs, and a page that reverted to French whilst paying for tickets (a worry when you don't know what you agreeing to), but all worked in the end.
Tickets for concert Springsteen lost
I ordered tickets for a concert. Due to an error by Ticketmaster, they were returned to Ticketmaster France. They were traceable via La Poste's Track & Trace, which indicates that the tickets were returned to Ticketmaster France. However, Ticketmaster claims they have not yet received them. This is unbelievably poor service from such an organization. And I have been waiting for the tickets since November. It's absolutely unacceptable for this company not to come up with a solution!

It was great to be able to use Ticketmaster to buy tickets for a performance in Paris. A little trouble with credit card. Capital one wanted to make sure it was a legitimate transaction. By then I had timed out and needed to start over. But have PDF tickets in hand, so it all worked out.

-I’m posting this again because, after reading the comment, they replied saying they had reached out to me and hopefully resolved the issue, but actually they sent me an email claiming they had already responded to my questions and even included the email in which they supposedly answered. However, the “answer” they refer to is simply a message saying, “We have taken care of your request. Thank you for your patience. We will get back to you as soon as possible.” How is that an actual response to my issue?
Please, I need Ticketmaster.fr to take this matter seriously and provide a real answer to my problem.-
I have been trying to sell my Stray Kids tickets for months, and I am aware that not all tickets can be resold, such as VIP tickets or those purchased from other fans. However, my tickets do not fall into any of these categories, yet there is nothing on my account that allows me to sell them. While browsing tickets for the same event listed by other fans on the website using the Fan-to-Fan service, I also noticed that there are some tickets in the same section as mine. So how is it possible that I am unable to sell my tickets while others can?
I have sent several emails explaining the issue, but I have yet to receive a valid response. Some emails receive a reply stating that they cannot provide assistance at that moment, only for them to never respond again, while others go completely unanswered.
They only replied to one of my emails, saying that some tickets cannot be resold but without specifying which category my tickets fall into.
I am still waiting for a valid response.

Just like many other people I sold tickets recently and I have never received money back. It said my bank details weren't uploaded. They definitely are and I have triple checked the details are correct. I have contacted them 3 times and never received anything other than an automated reply. It's now saying their is no money in the sold part of my profile. Absolutely ridiculous

Unfair Website that will leave you Broken
I was the first few people in line for Lady Gaga Mayhem tickets and have secured good Cat 1 seats and then your website crashed on the payment page and kicked me out leaving my basket empty. I had to rejoin the queue waited for an hour and only got standing tickets. I was so devastated! This is so unfair.
