Efficient/fair
Efficient, fair way to distribute tickets. For someone who used to queue for hours in the cold and rain to get tickets in the 70s, being able to select your own seats with a push of a button is luxury beyond imagination.
Feeling robbed
Just like one of the reviews, my tickets were sold but I did not receive money even though it has been 3 months. Worse still I messaged customer service 3 times and no one has replied to me at all. I too feel robbed !!

Tickets sold and payment not received
My tickets were resold to another fan on their website but i didn’t receive the payment on my bank account. However it shows as “paid” on their website. I’ve been trying contact for two weeks on their email but keep getting automatic answers that don’t solve the problem. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I feel robbed!
THEIR REPLY IS LIE. No one has reached out to me via email. I’m talking to a lawyer now on a lawsuit, it is my last resource

The automatic seat algorhythm always assigned me the worst seat. I eventually settled for a seat after refreshing about 50 times and only getting bad ones.
After an hour, I saw you could actually pick your seat and the available ones were better than the one I got assigned? Terrible service!

Misleading Ticket Sales and Terrible Customer Support – Ticketmaster France!
I purchased Beyoncé Package tickets through Ticketmaster France, expecting VIP3 tickets with fan zone access. However, due to a misleading ticketing system, I was instead sold Platinum tickets, which are seated and in different sections—completely different from what I intended to buy.
Why This Is a Serious Issue:
• The Ticketmaster website falsely displays VIP ticket descriptions when selecting the Beyoncé Package, but only offers Platinum seats instead.
• Customers don’t realize they’re buying the wrong type of ticket until after the purchase.
• This issue has been ongoing for weeks, yet Ticketmaster has done nothing to fix it.
Customer Support Ignoring Complaints:
• I reported this issue on February 19, 2025 and provided evidence of the misleading ticket descriptions (including screenshots and videos).
• Their resale platform is also broken—no one is buying these mislabeled tickets, leaving me stuck with unusable seats.
Buyer Beware!
• If you’re buying tickets through Ticketmaster France, double-check what you’re actually getting.
• This misleading practice could affect many customers, and Ticketmaster’s lack of accountability is unacceptable.
I am filing an official complaint with consumer protection authorities and encourage others who have faced similar issues to do the same.
